Our guest services can help you, whether you are in need of beach chairs, more towels or someone to come do a mid-week clean during your stay. Our friendly staff is always available to answer any questions about our area; since all of our staff are local, we love to recommend some of our favorite spots to eat, best spots to shop and some of our favorite, fun things to do.  Reed Real Estate offers extra guest services that help make your vacation to Gulf Shores that much more relaxing. Pay Along the Way- Take advantage of our new guest portal feature. Once your reservation is made, you will receive a link that has your login information to your guest portal. Here you can view your reservation details, make payments, and even add additional services like travel insurance, extra linen packages or mid-week cleans. We have many guests who like to “Pay Along the Way”. This option allows guests to make payments on your reservation at any time. Many guests like to pay little throughout the year to make it easier on their budget. (Initial payment/security deposit is due within 10 days of booking, total balance minus any prepayments must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. For monthly rentals, all payments must be made in full 60 days prior to arrival).
