Morgan beach. This duplex captures everything you could want in a dream vacation. With high ceilings throughout, each spacious room and bedroom has breathtaking gulf views. With approximately 2000 square feet of open-concept living area and a separate dining area, this home offers lots of space for everyone both inside and out. Our 200 sq ft. deck has furniture to sit out and drink your coffee/toddy, watch the dolphins, and play cards. The eat-in kitchen with bar/stools is well-equipped with just about anything you might need. A separate 6-person dining area offers plenty of dining area and extra seating open to the neighboring living area. The large living space will offer a queen size sleeper sofa and seating for everyone. The main floor contains one queen size bedroom with an ocean view and connects to the main floor bath. The spacious second level consists of 3 bedrooms. A large king master bedroom with a sitting area, large private bath, and covered deck offers wonderful views of the Gulf. The neighboring 2nd bedroom offers queen size bed and a bathroom shared with the large bunk room. This 3rd bedroom consists of a twin bed and a twin over full-size bunk bed with large windows and another magnificent ocean view. Each room contains a television and DVD for your viewing pleasure, as well as WiFi for those who must stay plugged in. This property is not pet-friendly. Minimum Age Requirement of 25.
