As a guest, you have access to a shared complex pool just across from Sundance with larger surrounding pool decks for gathering and watching sunset. You are also short steps to the complex beach making it easy to tote all those beach chairs, fishing pools, etc. This comfortable, well equipped unit retreat is perfect for smaller families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxed coastal getaway.

Fort Morgan Townhomes is a highly coveted beach vacation spot. It is a gated community with nearby access to marina, restaurants, historical Fort Morgan, fishing and boating facilities. Up to 2 cars can park under the E5 unit and space for an added car or boat may be provided on request. IF you are looking for a vacation spot for a reunion of family and friends, adjacent units may be available for rent — inquire further with the Rental agency.
