Very comfortable home

Very comfortable home, loved being right on the beach. Had trouble with the heat (cold front came in) and maintenance was there in 10 minutes to fix it. The game room was fun too!

Great House

This was our 2nd year in this house. Love, love screened porch off living room, very helpful with pets who also want outdoor time with you and we get our required two King beds. Only complaint both years is Master king suite and bath does not cool as well as rest of the house, not a huge deal as we bring our fan.

Great house!

This was our first time staying at the Summerscape Beach house and I must say... it was GREAT! The home was well equipped, decorated and beachfront, what more could one ask for. Even though it is a 4 bedroom home, there was only the 2 of us and our dogs, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We've been using Reed Realty for several years now and wouldn't change a thing! They are so convenient and don't have all of the "extra" admin/cleaning fees the other avenues have. Fort Morgan is the best!!

Relaxing

The house was nice, clean, and had plenty of room; and being able to walk directly from the house to the beach was priceless as was the view. Reed Realty was helpful before and during my stay at Reed Realty and promptly took care of an issue I had with the heat and checked back with me to make sure everything was okay. My visit there was enjoyable even though, unfortunately, there was a cold snap that reached across our nation including the Gulf Shores during my stay. Nice place to vacation with family and friends or for just a nice relaxing time away.

Great for families with teenagers

Great house. Big TV in every bedroom and living room and also in the 50s style basement room which would be great for families with preteens or teens who want a separate space from the adults. We had a few issues with the stove but we are not fussy and we managed. Big washer and dryer and a great outside shower with hot and cold water. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the house and hope to rent it again next year! Right on the beach and just like the photos.
