Great rental house!

We love Gulf Shores and this rental house! We just stayed at this house for a second time and loved it (6th time to Gulf Shores, 2nd time in this house)! Plenty of room for our crew, had 4 adults and our kids, the split up between the sides of the house make it perfect for a couple families staying together! Great views of the water, direct beach access, updated interior, nice seating and good size TV in the living room, large dining table, large kitchen with nice appliances, great internet speed and good enough cell reception, washer and dryer. House is in great condition, a couple minor issues but no mold, nothing in disrepair, etc. There was a grill downstairs but it wasn't listed, and there is a rinse off spot at the stairs going up to the house and a shower underneath the house by the swing and picnic table. Our second time staying here and we'll be back!

It Was Great!

Our family of 7 adults and 4 children (all age 6 or under) stayed here. The house is just like the pictures show. It was a good size for our family. The center room containing the living area, kitchen, and dining area is large and roomy. It accommodated all of us nicely. The kitchen is really large with new appliances. (The separate ice maker is a wonderful convenience.) The bedrooms and bathrooms are really good size also. The deck is great with the partial cover. Everything was clean and excellent shape. Access to the beach is particularly good. There are no dunes to go around or cross over - just down the steps and walk out to the water. We had no real complaints and were happy with our stay. Cell phone service was acceptable - maybe not the best but no real problems. Internet access is provided and it was acceptable and fine for simple browsing. One of the adults is a college student who was participating in online live video streams. The connection was a little slow for consistent connection but he was able to complete the sessions. This is not really a complaint - a location this far out is going to have internet speed issues - just don't expect more than is possible. Would we rent this house again? Absolutely. And ride the ferry to Dauphin Island and eat at Cap'n Snappers. Doesn't look the best but the food was terrific. We all raved about it!
