Beautiful Beach Home

This home is beautiful! Updated and very comfortable. The beds were amazing! The outdoor shower and swing were great. I would highly recommend someone staying here. We will definitely be back.

Great house with perfect views….but LONG trek to the beach if pulling wagons or babies!

We had a good time at the house- it was beautiful with great views. The two sand dunes to trek across to access the beach were tough with a wagon, but it was not unbearable! (A long walkway lined with wood or stones would be a huge asset to this location!) Because we had such a large party, (6 adults 18 years or older, one teen - 17, a two year old and a six month old baby), we fought over hot water! However, the showers were beautiful. If the hot water heater was turned up quite a bit, it would help fix any of those issues!

Sugar Magnolia is Marvelous!

We loved our stay at Sugar Magnolia this past Spring Break. Everything was wonderful. We've stayed at this perfect spot many times and it never disappoints. Almost hate to give our little secret away....but it really is too good to not share.

Beautiful Home

We chose Sugar Magnolia for the first year of a new Thanksgiving family tradition, and it exceeded our hopes in every way. The home is beautiful, and its location, a few dozen yards from the rolling Gulf waves, is perfect. Our growing family of nine had plenty of space to relax, and the kitchen and dining area was ideal for our delicious Thanksgiving meal. The owners sent new Thanksgiving kitchen supplies on the first day of our stay, and took care of the only technical glitch (a broken coffee pot) within a couple hours of our reporting it. We hope to make Sugar Magnolia the home for our new beach Thanksgiving tradition for many wonderful years to come!

Great Amenities

Sugar Magnolia is a wonderful beach house. Our family normally stays in Fort Morgan, and Sugar Magnolia had more amenities than most of our stays. In the kitchen, if you needed it, it was provided! We will be back!

Beautiful House

Beautiful house, very well equipped with all we needed. Family of 7, one being a 2 year old, we had plenty of room, and over Labor Day weekend, the area was not crowded at all. Other than 2 hilly sand dunes, easy beach access. We would definitely stay here again!
