Not to mention the beach is only minutes away by car. Upon entering the single-story 4-bedroom home, you are greeted by an updated, fully stocked kitchen and dining area with an open concept leading to the living area. The living room itself has a large tv and plenty of seating. To the north is the back porch which faces Mobile Bay and offers a beautiful view from the living room. A portion of the deck is covered and lined with chairs to enjoy the bay breeze in the shade. The remainder of the porch is uncovered and is the perfect place to gather in the sun. The ground floor of the home has plenty of space for parking and a large sand area for laying out or building castles with the kids! The real Coup de tat is the view from the pier. Talk about relaxing! The sound of water lapping on the rocks below, the warmth of the sun and the smell of salt in the air are enough to melt any stress away. This home is pet-friendly for dogs 30 lbs. and under. Minimum Age Requirement of 25. This home is available for daily rentals year-round, even in the peak seasons (3 day minimum). Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) are available with this home, as well.
