Best stay!

We had the best stay! The view from the house was spectacular, the walk to the waters edge was just a few steps, and we got lucky and had basically the whole beach to ourselves for the week! Our kids ran wild and loved every minute of it!

Kessler House

My wife and I have been coming to Fort Morgan for several years and have always used Reed Real Estate. This year we stayed at the Kessler house. It was wonderful. Plenty of room, close to the beach and the kitchen had a separate ice maker which always makes things easier. The star of the show however was the huge deck. Having both a large covered and separate uncovered deck, there was plenty of room to get sun or stay in shade. A good number of deck chairs were provided as well. Very nice touch. The only real issue we had was the dining room table was only a four seater. With four bedrooms, we could have used a bigger table. Other than that, the house was great.

Kessler House

I have been coming to Fort Morgan for years. I always use Reed real estate and they have always been the greatest. I love the Kessler house. I love the inside. It gives my family everything we need and close to the beach. I love where it is located and we could not have had a better vacation and always do.

Perfect Vacation

The Kessler House was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults and 3 children, and we had plenty of space. The deck was our favorite spot, big and the view is awesome! Easy, short walk to beach. The kitchen had more than enough utensils. The house was very clean, and smelled great. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Beach Time

House was perfect and only steps to the beach very close to all the local restaurants like Sassy Bass and Tacky Jacks Great place to unwind Reeds is your go to place for rental properties for beach houses in my favorite place on the quiet beaches of Fort Morgan Al Y’all check them out !!!

Ladies Retreat

We stayed here for a ladies retreat and also rebted the house next door. This house was a perfect place to put the older ladies so they could have some peace and quiet. I also stayed in this house. It was very clean and I loved the deck. I opened the door and listened to the waves as I got dressed. So relaxing and quaint. Would definitely recommend.

May 2022 Graduation Beach Trip

Very nice home and location, needs a little TLC to be top-notch (older, non-working ice maker; microwave died; GFCI circuits tripping; no working outlets outside). Reed's maintenance personnel were very responsive and helpful.

Great house, great location

House was as advertised. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. Property manager was very responsive; had a minor hiccup with the heating during the below-freezing cold snap while we were there but someone was out and had it fixed up very quickly. Only minor detraction is having to check in at the rental office (even though it’s very close) instead of having key code emailed or texted to us ahead of time.

A beautiful adventure at the beach

The Kessler house was a great fit for all of our family. Beach was right out the door practically and secluded. Great experience all in all. Kids were happy and excited to see so much wildlife. Stingrays and sharks. Lynn was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
