Great house, great location
House was as advertised. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. Property manager was very responsive; had a minor hiccup with the heating during the below-freezing cold snap while we were there but someone was out and had it fixed up very quickly. May 2022 Graduation Beach Trip
Very nice home and location, needs a little TLC to be top-notch (older, non-working ice maker; microwave died; GFCI circuits tripping; no working outlets outside). Reed's maintenance personnel were very responsive and helpful.

Fun in the Sun
Overall the property location was fantastic! The amenities could have been slightly more robust for the price point (for instance the skillets and linens were fairly worn and no paper towels were provided). The deck is a little worn, one of our party got a splinter and a few nails are popped up. There were lots of kitchen appliances and plates/ mugs etc. A few small updates would go a long way, but overall we loved our stay! A beautiful adventure at the beach
The Kessler house was a great fit for all of our family. Beach was right out the door practically and secluded. Great experience all in all. Kids were happy and excited to see so much wildlife. Stingrays and sharks. Lynn was very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location
The location of this house is really excellent. It is right on the beach and in a place where the beach is not at all crowded. The property is nice, but could use some updating . A few minor improvements could really make this place shine.
