Great Getaway!

This is probably year 5 we have stayed with Reed Realestate and they never disappoint. We choose them for the ease of transaction and the beautiful views from their properties. Happy Hours did not disappoint. Despite a hurricane in the Gulf, we had a wonderful stay. The views from the beachfront deck were amazing and the property was very clean and had all the amenities. Enough space for all family in one room and a set up to allow for privacy when needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great House But...

Great house and porch, clean. But owner needs to seriously consider upgrading internet! It's DSL and SLOW. SPEED 6 MPS! Now days mo reason to not have at least 50 to 100mps MINIMUM for renters who need to work a little, connect laptop. Having to Hotspot phone which brought him up to 13mps. Barely enough. Otherwise everything great...

Renter

This was our first stay in Fort Morgan and our first rental with Reed. The house “Happy Hours” was a great place for us. It was clean and has a well stocked kitchen. We hope to stay here again next year.
