Happy Days Beach House

Our family of 16 (8 adults 8 kids ) stayed for a week at Happy Days. It was everything we dreamed of. Every bedroom had a bathroom. Three floors of living spaces. Huge front porch that my husband and I had our coffee on every morning and watched dolphins swim by! Right on beach. Private pool. My kids and grands were beyond ecstatic to have such a great place to vacation. Reed Rental was great to work with. Very kind people. We have the same house booked for August 2027.

Great House to Chill In

Our family had two weeks of beautiful weather to enjoy Happy Days. The house is a great place to get away, spread out, walk to the beach and relax. The balconies are just right for beach watching, sunning, and reading. It is located close enough to Fort Morgan and the ferry to get out and site see. Town is convenient for shopping but far enough away to avoid the fast pace. If you have a family or group that appreciates their own space but also wants to spend time together, this is the place.

Loved, loved this beach house! Very clean and plenty of room. The main floor with kitchen and family room were great for cooking while visiting with friends. The kitchen is also well stocked. Easy access to the beach that was never over crowded. Just a great trip and a great place to stay.

Happy Days

A group of friends from Iowa spent the month of February at Happy Days. The house had the room that we could spend time together or if we wanted privacy, it was big enough for that. The views were spectacular, the beach close. It was secluded, but restaurants, shopping, attractions were nearby. When we had an issue with a smoke alarm needing a new battery, it was handled very quickly. It was a truly relaxing wonderful beach house experience.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great time at Happy Days. The layout worked for our large family that had various needs (couples, young kids, etc.), the place was clean, comfortable and the location was great. The street was quiet, the pool was great and the views were good. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family Vacation 2022

This was the perfect beach house for our large family. Plenty of space for everyone, a bathroom for every bedroom, and it was nice having a refrigerator on every level! The kids enjoyed the pool, as well as the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked for the nights we dined in. The only negative thing we found was there was no broom and dustpan in the house. Overall, the house was fantastic, and it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Reed Rentals! We hope to return again soon!

Amazing Beach House!!

I stayed at Happy Days with a big group and this house was amazing! Plenty of room for multiple families and we had our own private pool. The beach is on a fairly secluded part of Fort Morgan so we were not bombarded by the beach club crowd. There is a living room on all 3 floors and 3 refrigerators! Bedrooms are very spacious and one was an awesome bunk room with 4 beds, great for kids. Loved the house and we will definitely be back again!!!!!
