Five O'clock

Five O'Clock is a large, 6 bedroom, 6 bath private beach house (sleeps 20 in bedrooms), with a PRIVATE POOL, approximately 2850 sq. ft. The white sandy beach is only 70 yards down a private dead-end road or you can walk through the sand directly to the Gulf from the back of the house. It is located in a sparsely populated area, away from condos and crowded beaches. Enjoy great Gulf views from majority of the home as well as enjoy multiple spacious decks. The south side, facing the gulf, has a covered and open porch perfect for watching the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. The house is very kid friendly and there are doors at the top and bottom of the stairs to keep the little ones safer. The pool is directly behind the house and is shaded from the sun in the late afternoon. It is a full-sized pool, 15 by 34 feet, shallow at each end, 6 feet deep in the middle, fenced, and has a magnetic gate latch for safety. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and large sitting area, perfect for the entire family to gather. There is a second refrigerator in the laundry area. Minimum Age Requirement of 25. Rents Saturday to Saturday during Main Seasons unless calendar is already broken up or requested time is approved by homeowner.
