Perfect Getaway

My cousins and I take a girls trip every year. This year we stayed at E15 and we had THE best time! Literally, STEPS to the beach. This townhouse is beautiful and you cannot beat the price for the location! Trust me, if you are on the fence about renting this home, DO IT YESTERDAY! Our party included five adults and we had plenty of room plus some to spare. The views of the beach from the balconies are beautiful. There is a gated entrance for added security as well and the pool is very clean and well set up! IF I had to have any negatives, I would say that when we were there the swing under the home was broken, so we could not sit outside and listen to the waves and renters are asked not to leave anything behind like seasonings and such. Im sure they have a good reason for that rule, but it would be nice to not have to buy all the tiny things like condiments while there. 10 out of 10 would recommend and as a matter of fact I am trying to find a way to return with my husband this year! The real estate company was also a breeze to book with and they are super nice. It doesn't hurt that Reed is my maiden name, ha! Trust me, you will not find a better experience at the beach!

Best Beach Weekend

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! This townhome really made our beach weekend perfect! I couldn’t tell from the listing, but the unit is the first one in the side building, giving us the perfect view and close location for getting right out to the beach. The views from the multiple balconies were great. I already checked availability to come back, but it looks like they’re booked solid for the rest of the summer! The unit was pretty easy to keep our 18mo old safe (not too many outlets, stairs easy to block, etc). Kitchen had everything we needed, and there were some restaurants nearby too (one across the road and one a few miles away). The beach was beautiful and uncrowded. Also convenient to be very close to the ferry.
