Double Wave

Family vacation, 7 adults and the space and layout couldn’t have been better. This house is perfect. Well furnished for cooking at home and the spaces and layout are amazing.. we had all the common space and all the privacy with the bedrooms. Tons of patio area and very easy walk to the beach. The house is just everything you’d need for a family trip. Downstairs had anything you’d need for ocean and beach games and the bathroom down there was perfect cooler days when we don’t wanna wash sand off. The only, and I mean only is the mattresses. They need replaced but other than that, perfect. Also we used Reed, highly recommended So friendly and accommodating. We are only on day 3 of 7, but it’s that good.

We had a great week at your house. It is so nice to be able to stay right on the beach, especially when the smaller kids need a nap. The kids and adults had a blast! The house is beautiful and we had plenty of room to all get together in the open living area and the screened in porch even on the rainy day we had. I would like to make a suggestion to add another refrigerator and also connect the upper deck to the lower deck in case of fire. Other than that the house and location are very Nice! We would definitely recommend it to others!

King mattresses were ATROCIOUS. Ice maker didn't work. Regular fridge, no side by side. Just seemed small for a 5 BR house. AC worked great. We loved the location. The porches are broken up, not really anywhere for the whole family to gather. Having a grill and an outdoor shower was amazing. Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles.

This is a wonderful house - has 5 bedrooms plus a bunk room, but it is a quiet house where you don't hear people who get up early or late. Has plenty of space and bathrooms and fit 7 adult women with no issues. Loved having direct access to the beach and plenty of beach toys, floats, and chairs in the beach house. Would definitely rent this again

Stayed for a week in June 2025 and loved it. The house was comfortable and clean. Electric kettle had no base to plug in, so we had to boil water on the stove. We had to buy a wooden spoon, and the bottle opener broke the 1st time using it. The size of fridge was very inadequate, an "overflow" fridge in the garage would have been nice - there was no ice machine, so we bought a lot of ice daily to keep in our own coolers on the deck. Overall - perfect stay and we would do it again.

We have rented this house twice, in 2019 and 2024. The home got a much needed outdoor paint job in the last few months and looks so much better! The location of this house can not be beat! The beach is literally just steps outside the door! We had 12 people and the house never felt crowded. The beds were all comfortable and we had all the basic needs with the exception of the kitchen needing some glasses, which we just purchased Solo cups from Dollar General and it was not an issue. There are some minor things that I wish were different, like a better picnic table on the porch, the one there has seen better days and we didn't feel like we could eat or play games on it because the top was so weathered and not even. Overall, we love this house because of it's location, the size, the comfort. I'd rent it again in a heart beat. The management company is easy to work with and friendly.

This house was right on the beach, and a great beach and location at that! We had everything that we needed in the house for our stay, except towels, but There’s a Dollar General close by to get simple things at a reasonable price, and it really isn’t too far to drive to a Walmart if you really want to.
