Wonderful Stay

My family of four plus fur babies have been vacationing at Ft. Morgan/Gulf Shore area for the past 25 years. We have rented several different gulf front homes with Devereux House by far being the cleanest, closest beach access ( 10 steps), nicest decor, and easiest to fine your turn off of main highway. My mom, who is 85, enjoyed the closeness of the beach and one of the beds was lower for easier access for her. The view from the wall of windows was fantastic! We are happy to say that Devereux House will be our go to house from now on.

Devereux house

We love the Devereux house. Location is perfect. On the beach. Dolphin sighting from the living room. Can hear the waves from master bedroom. Can't wait to go back in January. Reed rental is always prompt to respond with any issues we had.

Beach week

Beautiful view

Lovely home, beautiful view. Cannot beat location. Enjoyed deck and screened porch…adequate seating…Beds comfortable, good water pressure, nice bathrooms. Kitchen a little lacking. Basically no storage for groceries. We utilized one bed in the room with two beds as a pantry. Cookware adequate. Only one knife… really… no steak knives, no paring knives… nice fridg and ice maker worked. Another down side was several glass top tables… if we had brought littles I would have been a nervous wreck…last downside is that although you can park under the house, the only steps are open to the elements. We arrived in a rain storm… we would definitely rent again.

Beautiful house

Great house, 1 bedroom downstairs has 2 beds, the other has one. One bathroom downstairs. Upstairs has a big Master bedroom & bath(shower only) the other bedroom has a bath with tub. Down side the Upstairs bedroom has a vent in the door, so if you have small children that are light sleepers, not a good fit. Kitchen a little lacking on utensils, probably because it's just be renovated. Great house.
