Beach House

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience renting this house through Reed. The house was amazing. Came so well stocked and the location was perfect. The folks at Reed are terrific and so responsive and helpful. We hope to go back to the same house next year. I highly recommend Reed Real Estate and this house.

Amazing!!

We absolutely LOVE this home. The open kitchen with the oversized granite kitchen island made cooking fun and entertaining extra special. The oversized deck is amazing too. Great for sunbathing and card playing. Perfect for our puppy too. He could play outside on the deck and not miss any activity. The ocean view fabulous.

A Few Hiccups, But Worth the Price

This was the first trip with my boyfriend's family and mine. The location is scenery is the best!!! It was about 18 miles from the main streets so we didn't get out much. My only complaints were that the internet was constantly going out and our maintenance request went unnoticed. We called about issues with the oven ( we eventually figured it out), there was a hole in the dining area wall, the mixer was broken, and the living room ceiling fan was not working. The most irritating thing was that when we arrived, we had issues getting into the house. We were told someone was going to come by and help with the lock. NEVER HAPPENED!!! Because of this, anytime we had to make a run to Walmart or Dollar General, someone had to stay behind because the main door would not lock from the outside. Because our stay was the week of Christmas (Dec 23-27), we assumed no one would come out to fix these issues, especially on Christmas day. Therefore we made the best out of our time there. It wasn't terrible just a bit frustrating. Overall, we would give them another shot. Although there were a few hiccups, we still enjoyed our time.
