Banana Split is a luxury duplex however it can be transformed into one huge vacation home by opening massive doors that are located on the first and second floor that connect the two sides thus making it one huge 7,600 square foot house! Banana Split offers two heated** private pools and outdoor Cabana Bars. Banana Split's pools are raised 15 ft. above the dunes thus giving you stunning views of the Gulf. Sit around your private pool or in your private Cabana Bar enjoying the sunset. Banana Split sleeps 38 people in BEDS. In this professionally decorated duplex you have 14 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and 2 half baths. Banana Split has 8 king master bedrooms, each with its own private bath. 2 rooms have a queen bed with a twin bed overhead. The other 4 bedrooms are bunk rooms with 4 twin beds per room. Right across from the bunk rooms are kids' living areas so the kids have a place to hang out! Every bed features a luxury pillow top mattress for the best sleep of your life! Every room in the house has a brand-new flat screen TV with the highlight being a 72' flat screen TV located in the living room. Hi Speed WI-FI is also available for your convenience. The kitchen(s) are designed to feed an army with 4 full size refrigerators, 4 ovens, 4 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, 2 commercial ice machines, 4 sinks, and 4 disposals. The kitchens and downstairs living areas are massive! Banana Split has 4 washer/dryer areas, two on the first floor and two on the second floor for your convenience. For large groups Banana Split cannot be beat!

This unit rents on a Saturday to Saturday basis during the summer.

There is a 3 night minimum during the "off-season".

Weddings and Birthday parties are permitted. Contact us directly for more information as rates will vary for events. This property is equipped with surveillance cameras in the pool area.

**The pool can be heated. Please note that during December, January and February we cannot heat the pool due to cold temperatures. In general, the pool temp cannot be guaranteed above 80 degrees.**

FOR ALL GUESTS INCLUDING AIRBNB AND VRBO: The cancellation policy is 145 days PRIOR to date of arrival for a refund.

WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.
