This beautiful 2,200 square foot home is located in the sunny Heritage Shores Subdivision and has access to its amenities which include, Tennis courts, pool access and entry to the Heritage Shores club house, not to mention the 5-minute walk to the beach. The house itself is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with updated appliances. The kitchen is large and is well equipped for any family dinner night! There are 2 living spaces, meaning while the kids play in one, the adults can relax in the other and who could forget the large, covered porch, where you can hear the waves from the Gulf. To the To the right of the entrance is a well-decorated king room. To the West of the living room is another king, this room has balcony access. Beside this room is the master bedroom, which has a private bathroom and access to the balcony as well. Upstairs is the secondary living room where the final room is located. This room has a King bed and a Queen bed in it and access to a very large bathroom. Another Day In Paradise has all this to offer and more!
