Absolutely Crabulous

This property was easy to get to and very clean upon arrival. The furniture was comfortable. The driveway is all sand, but fits several vehicles easily. This property is waterfront and in a safe/quiet location. The a/c was hit and miss, but they did have fans in the home to help with air flow. There is no grill to the home. The deck and chairs are very comfortable. There is construction next door for about 6 days of the week. The construction was not an issue inside, but if you were on the deck it was loud. There is no walk over for the dune, so you have to walk around the side of the house to get to the beach area. The beach was crowded at times, but we rented a tent and chairs which were there when we arrived and taken down when we left. I would recommend doing this or putting up a tent the first day you arrive and leaving it there then you have the same spot on the beach every day and you don't have to fight for a spot. The appliances and hot water worked well. There were plenty of pots, pans, etc for any meal that you might want to cook. The internet was good and we were able to work while there. It was nice to be able to work inside and look out the windows and see the water. The neighborhood was very quiet at night, but busy during the day. A good place to walk. Not a great place for dogs that like a yard, but you can get by. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to others.

We so enjoyed this lovely home. Very nice open space from kitchen to living room area. This home is right on the beach. Lovely area. While during our stay, we had to call Reed Realty because the ac unit went out. They were on it immediately, a gentleman from Reed Realty came and checked on it and us. He said an air conditioner company will be coming asap to fix the problem. Within just a few minutes Bateman Heating and Air was on the problem. A motor in the AC had burned up and he had one on his truck and replaced it right then. We were so thankful, it was getting pretty hot quickly. We trust Reed Realty to rent from them. (We have used them before),Very easy to work with and really nice people. This house and the location are beautiful. Also, we were there for 3 nights and I wanted to stay another night if that was available. Sure enough we got a free night and day coupon. I was so surprises and one happy girl! I love Ft. Morgan. and Reed Realty!

This house and location are just beautiful. We enjoyed the open floor plan. Very nice! The beds are comfy. Enough room for my 4 grand children, their parents and us. The deck was very nice and the 4 Adirondack bar chairs on the back deck was a nice surprise. We enjoyed this house and the beach. I recommend staying here.

Loved this house! Everything nicely upgraded, large open common area with floor to ceiling windows provided great views. Deck now has 4 tall Adirondack chairs. Bedrooms are split 1 king and bath behind living room and other two bedrooms and bath behind kitchen. Only slight negative for us was tons of sand in driveway, had to park two car lengths out front of house. We would rent again!

I absolutely loved this house, it's in a great location and beautiful and open inside. My only recommendation is that you need more deck chairs and a table so we could enjoy our meals outside. For a house that sleeps about 10 people there were only 3 chairs and an uncomfortable corner bench. I would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved this house, nicely redone with open floor plan. It is right on the beach. Nothing is wrong ! The property also allows pets.
