3's A Charm

The property and house were very clean and ready to move in. The only issue was the constant amount of beach guests walking through our property from other properties to get to the beach. When asking them why they were cutting through, they were told by their rental company that they could just cut through the property to get to the beach. Multiple signs posted in the front of the property stating "No Trespassing, Private Property". One family set up their beach gear and awning on the beach in back of the house that ethically should be the house renters spot.

We are incredibly sorry to hear about the frustration caused by other beachgoers cutting through the property. We take our guests' privacy very seriously, and it is disappointing to hear that other visitors were disregarding the 'No Trespassing' signs. While this isn't a typical occurrence for our property, the peak of the busy summer season can unfortunately bring a lot of extra foot traffic to the area. The beach area directly behind the home is meant for our guests to enjoy comfortably, and we sincerely apologize that this disrupted your peace. The home is very comfortable, the deck is great and really worked well for us since my wife can’t take too much sun and being we also brought our boxer dog who also needs sun protection both of them could still enjoy the outside with great protection. The only improvement I would recommend is a tv be put into the 2 guest bedrooms making it much easier if adults wanted to watch a different movie or show than the young kids and they had a place to do that. Also one of the bedrooms did have shelving in the closet for putting your clothes, ( no dresser) but the other did not have any shelving or dresser for clothes which was very inconvenient for those in that room. If those things would be corrected the stay would be a perfect stay. Also an FYI the foreman grill no longer is functioning. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

My sister, niece, and I had a great trip celebrating our birthdays! The house was well stocked, the decor was beautiful, and the unit was very clean! Thank you for sharing your home with me. The beach Reilly is my happy place and this trip was amazing!

Great location with perfect deck for visiting. Master bedroom was one of the best we have ever stayed in at Ft Morgan Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend for small family get togethers.

Our family had an amazing time. The deck is amazing for everyone, if you want sun the front part of the deck is best if you want to stay in the shade the back part it really made it nice for our family. The house was perfect for us, it really has everything you need. Watching the sunset and sunrise was amazing. We were definitely rent this home again.

We have been coming to this area annually for the past 10-12 years. The last 3 years we discovered Ft Morgan. It is absolutely perfect for our family’s needs. This is our first rental through Reed Realty and we will be returning customers. You made everything simple and the rental was flawless! Three’s A Charm was everything you advertised and more. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. Everything was wonderful. The roughly 170 degree view of the beach was fantastic... and so close! Watching the dolphins swim by all day every day was a lot of fun. The house was very clean and comfortable. The whole family is already planning our next trip to "3's a Charm". Thank you so much for a memorable long weekend.
