Our family wants to welcome you and your family to Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan so you can begin making your wonderful family memories on our beaches.

The biggest joy of our business is watching our renters enjoy our area year after year. We get to see moms, dads, brothers, sisters, cousins, grandparents and friends all meet in our office and be so excited about the beach and spending quality time together.

Memory Making

Our Memory Making began when we first married and bought a summer place in 1972 in Fort Morgan. We fell in love with our area and spent countless weekends, summer and winter, over the years. We always spent time thinking how we could move from Mobile, Alabama to Fort Morgan and live full time. Frank Jr. was born in 1975 but that did not stop our weekend trips to the beach. When he was young, we made him a comfortable bed in the back of our Blazer and continued riding the beach and fishing and swimming. He started playing in the Gulf water at six months. Jill began playing in the Gulf water at six weeks when she was born in 1978. We moved to Fort Morgan full time after Hurricane Frederick, in 1979. Frank began building beach homes. Our joke was – Frank would only build homes close enough to Fort Morgan for his extension cord to reach.

Lots of our days and weekends were spent on the warm white sandy beaches playing with our children, fishing and having fun with friends.. Our children went to elementary school in Gulf Shores and Foley High School…now we have two grandchildren that attend Gulf Shores Elementary School and later will attend Gulf Shores High School. We are blessed that our children live in the area with their families. The second generation loves our area and spends lots of “beach time.” We call them “water babies.” Of course you see their pictures in our rental guides and websites. We have three little “beach bums” and two “bathing beauties.” We are expecting the newest addition to our family in June. WOW, that makes six “Water Babies.”

It is fun to see them enjoy the beaches and see everything from their “young eyes.” Their favorite thing to do is dig in the sand, chase sand crabs at night with flashlights and swim in the warm Gulf water. Yes, we all take a week and spend our vacation at our beach house together in Fort Morgan, We love being like our “guests” and enjoying beach time. It is really fun; Frank and I remember all the fun times when our children were small. It is time to make your memories now, as I can tell you: “time flies and the children are grown before you know it.”
